Пара сделок, требующая от контрагента получения и перепоставки тех же ценных бумаг в тот же день. Данные сделки могут представлять собой прямые покупки и продажи или операции по обеспечению (соглашения РЕПО или займы в форме ценных бумаг). Например, дилер по ценным бумагам может купить и продать те же ценные бумаги в ту же расчетную дату в процессе организации рынков для клиентов либо он может купить ценные бумаги для реестра и финансировать позицию через соглашение РЕПО.
